    Jacki Kment, PA-C, MPAS, DFAAPA

    PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

    Jacki is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. She was employed by Sutton Ryan Dermatology in Lincoln, Nebraska for nearly 20 years and worked with Drs. Margaret Kontras Sutton and Robyn Gembol Ryan.

    Ms. Kment graduated from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa and then completed physician assistant training at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a specialization in dermatology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

    Upon completing PA school in 1994, she spent three and a half years in primary care, which included over two years in the National Health Service Corps. She has worked exclusively in dermatology since 1997 and has special interests in acne, psoriasis and skin cancer.

    Jacki has served as Vice Chair of the Dermatology PA Foundation. She has also served as Vice President, Leadership and Professional Development Chair and Membership Chair of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also honored to be the Founder and a Past President of the Nebraska Dermatology Physician Assistants and served as the inaugural mid-level board member of the Nebraska Dermatology Society.

    Jacki is married to Rick Kment and they are blessed with two sons, Cole and Quinn. In her spare time, Jacki enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, enjoying ATV adventures and trips to the lake and boating. She also enjoys home decorating, swimming and spending time outdoors, landscaping.

  • Crystal Darling
    Crystal Darling Certified Dermatology Assistant

    Crystal was born and raised in western Nebraska. She went to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend Northwestern College, where she met her husband, David. She later finished her schooling at the College of St. Catherine in 2000 with a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. David and Crystal were married in 2001. After working a few years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, David and Crystal then moved back to western Nebraska where they started their family and were blessed with three children, Mallory, Noah and Whitney.

    Crystal has worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2000 in various settings and with all ages. After living in western Nebraska for 12 years they moved to the Lincoln area where they continue to live, work and raise their family. In 2025 they added to their family through the marriage of their oldest daughter, Mallory to Jacob Krauter. Crystal has a love for God and also for people. This has led her to become involved in many volunteer opportunities through church and the community. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys music, spending time with her family, attending her children’s events, hiking, biking and gardening outdoors. Integrity Dermatology has allowed Crystal to develop new growth in her interests and education in the field of dermatology. She is thrilled to be a part of the Integrity Dermatology team.

  • Mary Ann Zeman
    Mary Ann Zeman Dermatology Assistant

    Mary Ann graduated from the College of Hair Design in 2021 and became a licensed esthetician shortly after. She spent three years practicing esthetics in Maryville and Kansas City, where she gained valuable experience in skincare, client education, and patient-focused care. Her background in esthetics gives her a strong foundation in skin health and a genuine understanding of the importance of helping patients feel comfortable and supported.

    At the office, she enjoys combining her professional history with her passion for providing a welcoming and positive experience for every patient. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to her daughter, Briar, and enjoys spending time outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include riding horses, kayaking, and making memories with loved ones.

    She looks forward to welcoming patients, supporting their skincare goals, and helping them feel confident in their care.

  • Juanita Healey
    Juanita Healey Dermatology Assistant

    Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Juanita attended the University of Nebraska and dedicated her career to serving patients with compassion and expertise. She spent 25 years working in an orthodontic office, followed by 18 years at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, where she continued her commitment to patient care and support. After a long and rewarding career in healthcare, she retired in 2024.

    After her retirement, Juanita felt a strong desire to remain connected to the professional world and continue serving others. Knowing Jacki at Integrity Dermatology, she saw an opportunity to stay within the medical field while continuing to interact with and support people—something she has always loved.

    Juanita was married for 46 years and is the proud mother of three sons and grandmother of four grandchildren—three boys and one girl. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys athletics, cheering on her grandchildren at their activities, reading, and traveling. Her lifelong dedication to healthcare and community reflects her passion for helping others and building meaningful connections.

  • Kim Koch
    Kim Koch Dermatology Assistant

    Kim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has a professional background in customer service and corporate fundraising, including work with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she helped support life-saving initiatives for children and families.

    She later chose to focus on her family as a stay-at-home mom to her two sons, Alex and Drew, supporting them in their academic and athletic pursuits. Alex is currently pursuing a career in dentistry at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and Drew is chasing his dream of playing baseball at Barton Community College. 

    Kim enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering at baseball games — from family outings to Major League Baseball matchups. She shares her home with her husband, Doug, an orthopedic surgeon, their Sheepadoodle (Macie), cat (Kenneth), and mini donkevs.
