    Jacki is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. She was employed by Sutton Ryan Dermatology in Lincoln, Nebraska for nearly 20 years and worked with Drs. Margaret Kontras Sutton and Robyn Gembol Ryan.

    Ms. Kment graduated from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa and then completed physician assistant training at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a specialization in dermatology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

    Upon completing PA school in 1994, she spent three and a half years in primary care, which included over two years in the National Health Service Corps. She has worked exclusively in dermatology since 1997 and has special interests in acne, psoriasis and skin cancer.


    Jacki currently serves as Vice Chair of the Dermatology PA Foundation and is the Leadership and Professional Development Chair of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also honored to be the Founder and Past President of the Nebraska Dermatology Physician Assistants and has served as the inaugural mid-level board member of the Nebraska Dermatology Society.

    Jacki is married to Rick Kment and they are blessed with two sons, Cole and Quinn. In her spare time, Jacki enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, enjoying ATV adventures and trips to the lake and boating. She also enjoys home decorating, swimming and spending time outdoors, landscaping.

  • Crystal Darling
    Crystal Darling Certified Dermatology Assistant

    Crystal was born and raised in western Nebraska. She went to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend Northwestern College, where she met her husband, David. She later finished her schooling at the College of St. Catherine in 2000 with a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. David and Crystal were married in 2001. After working a few years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, David and Crystal then moved back to western Nebraska where they started their family and were blessed with three children, Mallory, Noah and Whitney.

    Crystal has worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2000 in various settings and with all ages. After living there for 12 years they moved to the Lincoln area where they continue to live, work and raise their family. Crystal has a love for God and also for people. This has led her to become involved in many volunteer opportunities through church and the community. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys music, spending time with her family, attending her children’s events, hiking, biking and gardening outdoors. Integrity Dermatology has allowed Crystal to develop new growth in her interests and education in the field of dermatology and she also maintains her work in Occupational Therapy. She is thrilled to be a part of the Integrity Dermatology team.

  • Brittainey Muench
    Brittainey Muench Dermatology Assistant

    Brittainey was born and raised in Lincoln, NE.  She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University before finishing her RN degree at Bryan School of Nursing.  She married her husband Josh in 2002 and they relocated to St. Louis so he could complete his Electrical Engineering Degree.  Although they loved living close enough to cheer on their Cardinals in person, they longed for a quieter place to raise their children.  With one toddler at home and one on the way, they made the move back to Nebraska in 2006.

    Josh and Brittainey have been blessed with four children, Selah, Jonah, Jillian and Samuel.  Brittainey has experience in Medical/Oncology, Preop, Postop and Emergency Room Nursing.  In 2009, the Lord called her to stay home with her children and after ten years, she was ready to jump back into the medical field.

    Brittainey stays busy cheering on her children at baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and football games. She also enjoys cooking, baking, reading, spending time outdoors, watching baseball and playing board games with her family.  She and her family love to tent camp and they enjoy spending a couple of weeks every summer exploring new places and having adventures in the mountains.  Integrity Dermatology has allowed Brittainey to care for others, while continuing to grow her skills in the medical field.  She is excited and feels blessed to be a part of the team.

  • Kaitlyn Radebaugh
    Kaitlyn Radebaugh Dermatology Assistant

    Kaitlyn was born and raised in South Lincoln. She attended Concordia University Nebraska in Seward, Nebraska to pursue a degree in Exercise Science with minors in Sport Psychology and Biology. She graduated in May of 2021. While at Concordia, Kaitlyn played soccer but decided to become a student coach and manager after a career ending injury. Kaitlyn also met her fiancé Erich while at Concordia. The two met in the mailroom on Concordia’s campus and are excited to get married in May 2022.

    During her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends especially if they are able to be outdoors. Kaitlyn and Erich are always seeking new adventures and enjoy spoiling their dog Athena. They like to watch movies and enjoy cheering on their favorite sports teams. Kaitlyn has a passion for nutrition and fitness. She enjoys working out and trying new recipes during her free time. In the future, Kaitlyn would like to earn a certification to teach Pilates but she is beyond excited to explore and learn more about the world of dermatology. She is grateful for the opportunity to work at Integrity Dermatology and to learn from the best!

  • Kelly Chapman, RN
    Kelly Chapman, RN Dermatology Assistant

    Kelly was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended the College of St. Mary in Omaha and received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1995. Kelly met her husband Bill while she was in college. After being married in 1998, they lived in Albion, NE for a small period of time before making the trek back to Lincoln. Although neither of them were from Lincoln, they both agreed it would be a great place to raise a family.

    Bill and Kelly have been blessed with three children, Lauren, Jack and Molly. Kelly has spent the majority of her nursing career in Gastroenterology. She rotated between preop, intraoperative and postop nursing duties in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

    Kelly stays busy cheering on her children in football, softball, wrestling and track. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, planting flowers and bird watching. She also enjoys college football, especially cheering on the Huskers at Memorial Stadium.

    Kelly feels very blessed to begin a new chapter in her life with Integrity Dermatology and is very excited to be a part of this amazing team. She loves interacting with patients and is eager to learn about the field of Dermatology.
