    Jacki is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. She was employed by Sutton Ryan Dermatology in Lincoln, Nebraska for nearly 20 years and worked with Drs. Margaret Kontras Sutton and Robyn Gembol Ryan.

    Ms. Kment graduated from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa and then completed physician assistant training at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a specialization in dermatology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

    Upon completing PA school in 1994, she spent three and a half years in primary care, which included over two years in the National Health Service Corps. She has worked exclusively in dermatology since 1997 and has special interests in acne, psoriasis and skin cancer.


    Jacki currently serves as Vice Chair of the Dermatology PA Foundation and is the Leadership and Professional Development Chair of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also honored to be the Founder and Past President of the Nebraska Dermatology Physician Assistants and has served as the inaugural mid-level board member of the Nebraska Dermatology Society.

    Jacki is married to Rick Kment and they are blessed with two sons, Cole and Quinn. In her spare time, Jacki enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, enjoying ATV adventures and trips to the lake and boating. She also enjoys home decorating, swimming and spending time outdoors, landscaping.

    • Crystal Darling
      Crystal Darling Certified Dermatology Assistant

      Crystal was born and raised in western Nebraska. She went to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend Northwestern College, where she met her husband, David. She later finished her schooling at the College of St. Catherine in 2000 with a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. David and Crystal were married in 2001. After working a few years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, David and Crystal then moved back to western Nebraska where they started their family and were blessed with three children, Mallory, Noah and Whitney.

      Crystal has worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2000 in various settings and with all ages. After living there for 12 years they moved to the Lincoln area where they continue to live, work and raise their family. Crystal has a love for God and also for people. This has led her to become involved in many volunteer opportunities through church and the community. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys music, spending time with her family, attending her children’s events, hiking, biking and gardening outdoors. Integrity Dermatology has allowed Crystal to develop new growth in her interests and education in the field of dermatology and she also maintains her work in Occupational Therapy. She is thrilled to be a part of the Integrity Dermatology team.

      • Brittainey Muench
        Brittainey Muench Dermatology Assistant

        Brittainey was born and raised in Lincoln, NE.  She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University before finishing her RN degree at Bryan School of Nursing.  She married her husband Josh in 2002 and they relocated to St. Louis so he could complete his Electrical Engineering Degree.  Although they loved living close enough to cheer on their Cardinals in person, they longed for a quieter place to raise their children.  With one toddler at home and one on the way, they made the move back to Nebraska in 2006.

        Josh and Brittainey have been blessed with four children, Selah, Jonah, Jillian and Samuel.  Brittainey has experience in Medical/Oncology, Preop, Postop and Emergency Room Nursing.  In 2009, the Lord called her to stay home with her children and after ten years, she was ready to jump back into the medical field.

        Brittainey stays busy cheering on her children at baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and football games. She also enjoys cooking, baking, reading, spending time outdoors, watching baseball and playing board games with her family.  She and her family love to tent camp and they enjoy spending a couple of weeks every summer exploring new places and having adventures in the mountains.  Integrity Dermatology has allowed Brittainey to care for others, while continuing to grow her skills in the medical field.  She is excited and feels blessed to be a part of the team.

        • Jessica Heins, RN
          Jessica Heins, RN Dermatology Assistant
          Jessica was born and raised in Southeastern Nebraska.  After marrying her high school sweetheart, Tim, in 1998 Jessica graduated with her RN from Bryan School of Nursing in 2002. Tim and Jessica began their careers after college in Austin, TX until 2008 when they moved to Sioux Falls,SD.  Recently in 2019 they made the move back to Nebraska and are happy to be back closer to family.
          They have been blessed with three beautiful children Peyton, Olivia, & Lincoln and are now raising their family in Louisville, NE.
          Jessica has a vast amount of experience in nursing. While living in TX Jessica worked in Labor & Delivery and also as a Women’s Health Nurse.  In SD Jessica worked in Radiation Oncology, as a Plastic Surgery Nurse, as a Cosmetic Injector, and also as the lead nurse in a busy Pain Management practice.  
          Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading a good book, puzzles, hiking, cooking, and listening to jazz.  As a family, Tim, Jessica and their children enjoy time at the lake and visit Okoboji as often as possible. Jessica stays busy watching and cheering on her daughter’s dance team and is looking forward to seeing what activities and sports both Olivia and Lincoln will become involved in within their new community and school. Their oldest son, Peyton, is a computer science major and just completed his sophomore year at SDSU.
          Integrity Dermatology has given Jessica an amazing opportunity to both continue to grow as a medical professional and to have the the work/life balance she has been looking for. Jessica is very excited to be the newest addition to the Integrity Dermatology Team. “It truly is a family not just a job!”
